1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of idledev.org (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Legacy status
Idle Development is a legacy project. It is not an active business or service provider. Nothing on the Site is an offer to supply goods or services, and no contract for services is formed by using the Site. Historic services including Idley Host and Idley Pro are closed, and the Idley Pro migration to Skyfallen Cloud is no longer available. Skyfallen remains a separate, existing company.
3. Information only
Content is provided for general historical information and is written to the best of our knowledge. It is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text and code are owned by or licensed to Idle Development. You may view and share links to the Site and quote brief extracts with attribution. Other use requires our written permission. Third-party names and marks (including FalixNodes, Skyfallen and Minecraft) belong to their respective owners, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied unless stated.
Third-party sources and content
Some names, usernames, profile pictures, logos and facts on the Site come from public third-party sources such as GitHub, Discord, Google, the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine and the public websites of the people and organisations named. Such content remains the property of its owners and is shown only for identification, attribution and historical reference, not as a claim of ownership, licence or endorsement. We link to the original public profiles where possible. We do not control those sources and cannot guarantee that they are accurate or current. If you are an owner or a person shown and want content corrected, credited or removed, email [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use it unlawfully. Automated access (including indexing and data collection) is permitted where it is lawful, does not overload the Site, and respects applicable data protection law.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Site, and to the extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content.
8. Takedown and corrections
If you believe any content is inaccurate, infringing or concerns you personally, email [email protected] and we will review it promptly.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
